Paper invoices to be consigned to history

BELGRADE - The Serbian government has taken another step towards more efficient, more streamlined and cheaper business transactions: accounting documents, including invoices, will no longer need to be printed or to contain a seal or signature.

Finance Minister Dusan Vujovic and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic on Wednesday signed an Explanation regarding issuance of, and accounting for, invoices in paper and electronic form without use of seals and signatures, the Serbian government press office said in a statement.
