Djokovic on list of participants of Monte Carlo Masters

MONTE CARLO - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the world number one in men's tennis, is on the list of participants of the April 9-16 Monte Carlo Masters tournament.

Djokovic has missed the Indian Wells Masters after being denied permission to enter the US.

For the same reason, he is also likely to miss the Miami Masters, which begins on March 22.

The list of participants of the Monte Carlo Masters also includes Spaniards Carlos Alcaraz and Rafael Nadal, Russians Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev, Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, Norwegian Casper Ruud, American Taylor Fritz, German Alexander Zverev and Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic.

Djokovic won the Monte Carlo Masters in 2013 and 2015.

Tsitsipas won the tournament twice in the past two years.
