Vucic receives Surinamese FM

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Surinamese FM Albert Ramdin in Belgrade on Thursday to discuss directions for further development of the friendly relations between Serbia and Suriname and advancement of bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual importance.

"I informed the minister of the various pressures and challenges Serbia is facing and reiterated the significance of Suriname's decision to derecognise the unilaterally declared independence of 'Kosovo', whereby the country has confirmed its commitment to the fundamental principles of international law and the UN Charter," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.
