Citizens' Initiative SDP: Ivanovic's health deteriorates
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The Citizens' Initiative Serbia, Democracy, Justice (SDP) pointed out that despite the fact that the mayoral campaign is in full swing in Kosovska Mitrovica, the head of the SDP electoral list Oliver Ivanovic is still in custody in Pristina under unfounded accusations and his health has deteriorated.
Serbia, Azerbaijan sign defense cooperation agreement
BELGRADE - Serbian Defense Minister Nebojsa Rodic and his Azerbaijani counterpart Zakir Hasanov have signed a defense cooperation agreement.
After signing the document in Belgrade on Monday, the two ministers expressed satisfaction about good relations between the two countries further improving.
Mandic wins gold in Egypt
BELGRADE - Serbia's Olympic champion in taekwondo Milica Mandic won the gold medal at the prestigious tournament in Luxor, Egypt.
By defeating Uzbekistan's Umida Abdullayeva, the Serbian athlete won the title in the category up to 73 kilogrammes at the G2 series tournament which brought her 20 new points on the world list, Taekwondo Club Galeb released.
