Bulgaria PM Heading for China with 7 Mins for China-CEE Summit
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has departed for a visit to China with seven ministers for a meeting with the country's leadership and officials from Central and Eastern European states.
The city of Suzhou in Eastern China is due to host the Fourth leaders' meeting of China and Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries on November 24-25.
Bosnian Police Raid Bank Linked to Dodik
Bosnia's State Intelligence and Protection Agency, SIPA, raided the premises of Pavlovic International Bank in the northeastern Bosnian town of Bijeljina on Wednesday.
They entered the bank "under a mandate given by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is investigating a possible case of illegal transactions", the spokesperson of SIPA confirmed to BIRN.
Balkan Leaders Voice Shock Over Carnage in Paris
In Bosnia, the President of the Council of Ministers, Denis Zvizdic, told French Prime Minister Manuel Valls in a telegram that Bosnia and Herzegovina was "profoundly shocked by the news of the killings in Paris.
"I am convinced that now we must present a united face to the threat of terrorism. My thoughts go out to the families of the victims," he said.

Vucic visits Srebrenica memorial center
Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday laid flowers and paid respects to the Srebrenica victims at the memorial center Potocari in Srebrenica.
Vucic led a Serbian delegation that paid respect to the victims, along with Srebrenica Mayor Camil Durakovic, Bosnian Presidency member Bakir Izetbegovic and chair of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdic.

142 countries voted - 92 in favor, 50 against, while 29 abstained. Pristina's bid required 95 votes in favor to be successful.
Instagram removes account showing destroyed Serb churches
An Instagram account maintained by the Student Office in Kosovska Mitrovica has been shut down for publishing "disturbing content."
The content in question are photographs posted on the account dubbed "No to Kosovo's Membership in UNESCO," showing destroyed Serb holy places and cemeteries in Kosovo.
