Darko Lungulov's movie to be screened at Pula festival

BELGRADE - “Monument to Michael Jackson”, the latest film by Serbian director and screenwriter Darko Lungulov, has been included in the program of the 61st Pula Film Festival.

The film will be screened on July 22 in the competition program comprising Croatian feature films, given that this comedy was made in co-production of Germany, Macedonia and Croatia with the backing of the Croatian Audio-Visual Center (HAVC).

As announced earlier, the film will have the world premiere at the festival in Karlovy Vary on July 8.

The Czech audience will have an opportunity to welcome the actors Dragan Bjelogrlic and Natasa Tapuskovic, director Lungulov and producer Snezana Penev.

The film's cast also includes Boris Milivojevic, Mirjana Karanovic, Ljuba Bandovic, Toni Mihajlovski and Branislav Trifunovic.

The comedy is due to premiere and hit the cinemas in Serbia in October.
