Serbia wins European championship

TARTU - Serbia's junior women's volleyball team beat Slovenia 3-2 (25-23 17-25 24-26 25-17 15-12) in the final of the European championship in Estonia and Finland on Sunday and became the European champions.

This was Serbia's fourth attempt at the title, since they lost the finals in 2004, 2010 and 2012.

Tijana Boskovic was declared the MVP of the tournament. She scored 38 points for Serbia in the final.

Another Serbian player, Sara Lozo, was voted the best server, while Bojana Milenkovic the best receiver.

Turkey beat Greece 3-1 (18-25 25-18 25-23 25-15) in the match for third place.
