Dacic, Abdyldaev for improvement in cooperation

NEW YORK/BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic and his Kyrgyz counterpart Erlan Abdyldaev agreed on Thursday that the states should work on improving bilateral relations.

During the talks on the sidelines of the 69th session of the UN General Assembly, the ministers noted that the two states need to invest efforts in improving bilateral relations, which are at a pretty low level, the ministry of foreign affairs stated.

The two ministers also considered cooperation at multinational level, especially within the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), given that Serbia will chair the organization in 2015.

Dacic signalled that he will visit Kyrgyzstan during Serbia's OSCE chairmanship, the release notes.
