Supreme Council for Country's Defence meeting on Tuesday at Cotroceni Palace

The Supreme Council for Country's Defence (CSAT) will reunite on Tuesday afternoon, at 15:00 hours, in a meeting chaired by President Klaus Iohannis, at the presidential Cotroceni Palace, according to a release sent to AGERPRES on Monday by the Presidential Administration.

The above mentioned source specifies the reunion's agenda will include topics concerning the state of security in Ukraine and its implications to Romania, the stage of the processes of political, economic association to the European Union and of Euro-Atlantic integration of the Western Balkans' states, the stage of fulfilling the multiannual Programme of resetting the combat capacity of the Romanian Army, the draft law regarding the defence planning, the conclusions resulted from the mobilisation drills and training in 2014 for the verification of the stage of the preparation of the population, economy and territory for defence.

Also during the CSAT meeting, will be approached topics regarding the activity of the Operative Council of Cyber-Security in 2014 and the evolutions recorded in the cyber-space, the activity of the National Response Centre to Incidents of Cyber-Security ? CERT-RO in 2014, the regulation of organisation and functioning of the CERT-RO, the current challenges generated by migration in the security context in areas with terrorist potential, the CSAT activity on 2014, as well as the stage of accomplishing the decisions endorsed by the CSAT in 2014.

At the same time, according to the Presidential Administration, "during the reunion, some other topics of interest for the national security, will be tackled."AGERPRES
