Belgrade Red Cross gets van for humanitarian aid transport
BELGRADE - ProCredit Bank from Belgrade donated on Thursday a cargo van to Red Cross Belgrade that will be used to transport humanitarian aid to the flooded areas.
Red Cross Belgrade Secretary Ivana Marisavljevic Dasic thanked the donor and added that the vehicle's first destination would be Obrenovac, where it will deliver furniture donated by the company Jugodrvo to 50 families.

Foreign donations fund outpatient clinic, recycling centre
NOVI PAZAR - The ambassadors of the United Nations and Japan to Serbia, Irena Vojackova-Solorano and Masafumi Kuroki, have opened an outpatient clinic in Blazevo, near Novi Pazar, and visited the construction site of a recycling centre.
The two facilities are a result of the UN project titled Improving Human Security in Southwest Serbia, mostly funded by the Japanese government.
Vucic opens Italian factory in Subotica
SUBOTICA - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic opened a new production facility of 'Gordon', part of Italian 'Calzedonia Group', in Subotica on Thursday, stressing that Serbia will offer this company the best conditions in the region and noting that the company founder Sandro Veronesi should consider hiring 3,000 instead of the planned 2,000 new employees.
