Govt adopts bill on court taxes for public notaries

BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted at its Tuesday session the bill of amendments to the Law on Court Taxes which proposes new court tax figures for public notary tasks.

As an interim solution, the basic courts will perform public notary tasks in municipalities where public notaries have not been appointed yet, the Serbian government for Cooperation with the Media released.

The government also adopted the bill to ratify the agreement between the Serbian government and the Albanian Council of Ministers on veterinary medicine, and the bill to ratify the agreement between the Serbian government and the Algerian government on mutual exchange and protection of confidential data in the defence sector, the release states.
