ELA ceiling raised by 500 mln euros for Greek banks

The ECB raised its liquidity ceiling (ELA) for Greek banks by just 500 million euros on Tuesday, slightly up from the previous limit of 80.2 billion euros.
The decision comes a day before a much-anticipated press conference by ECB president Mario Draghi.
