Serbia Chooses Bojana Stamenov for Eurovision
The jury and the audience of 'Countdown To Vienna', Serbia's televised national final to choose the country's representative at Eurovision, voted on Sunday evening for Stamenov to go to Austria to compete in May.
Stamenov, a popular local soul, funk and jazz singer, also reached the final of the Serbian televised competition 'I Got Talent' in 2012.

Macedonian Inmate Caught While Trying to Cross into Bulgaria
Bulgarian and Macedonian police have detained a 41-year-old inmate who was seeking to enter Bulgaria.
In a joint operation, the two police forces prevented him from passing through the border where he had been accompanied by a Bulgarian national, according to the Interior Ministry in Skopje.
The Bulgarian, however, managed to flee.

Bulgaria's Tsvetana Pironkova Starts with Victory in Dubai
Bulgaria's top female tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova won in the first round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship on Sunday.
Pironkova defeated the Czech Klara Koukalova with 6:3, 4:6, 6:3 in a game that lasted just over two hours, daily Dnevnik reports.
The Bulgarian recorded a fifth victory in seven encounters with her Czech opponent
