Beşiktaş fan and British envoy to Turkey drapes flag over embassy to celebrate league title

U.K. Ambassador to Ankara Richard Moore, a die-hard fan of Beşiktaş, has once again draped the embassy building in Ankara in the team's colors to celebrate the Black Eagles' 15th league title.

Like last season, Moore once again performed the club's eagle claw salute in front of the team's flag on the balcony of the embassy building.
