Tennis: Pair Raluca Olaru - Anna Tatishvili through to Generali Ladies Linz final

The pair made up of Romanian tennis player Raluca Olaru and Georgian-born American player Anna Tatishvili eased into the doubles final of the WTA tournament in Linz (Austria), featuring $250,000 in prize money, after defeating Friday evening 4-6, 7-6 (3), 10-6 No. 4-seeded duo Gabriela Dabrowski (Canada) / Alicja Rosolska (Poland).

Olaru and Tatishvili secured 5,161 euros and 180 WTA points; in Sunday's finals they will play against the winners of the semifinal opposing Annika Beck (Germany) / Caroline Garcia (France) to second seed pair Marina Erakovic (New Zealand) / Anabel Medina Garrigues (Spain).

Raluca Olaru (aged 25) counts in her career three WTA doubles titles won in 2008 in Tashkent (with Ukrainian partner Olga Savchuk); in 2011 in Acapulco (with Ukrainian Maria Korytzeva), and last year in Nuremberg (when she paired with Russian Valeria Solovyeva); Olaru's achievements also include four WTA finals: in 2008 in Budapest (with German Vanessa Henke), in 2013 in Katowice (with Solovyeva), and this year in Nuremberg and Baku, both together with Shahar Peer (Israel).
