Thessaloniki family face charges for abduction, procurement

A family of three have been accused of keeping a 30-year-old woman in their Thessaloniki apartment against her will and forcing her to have sex with men for money.

The three accused are a 38-year-old man, his 35-year-old wife and their 19-year-old son.

The victim is aged 30.

All four are from Bulgaria.

The family allegedly kept the majority of the money the women earned from prostitution between March and December last year.
