Vucic, Dodik discuss relations, infrastructure

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic met with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik on Friday to discuss further improvement of bilateral relations, highlighting infrastructure projects connecting Serbia and Republika Srpska and joint investments in culture and education.

They said peace was the most significant condition for progress and a certain future of Serbs, as well as other Western Balkan nations, the Serbian government press office said in a statement.

Dodik told Vucic the Republika Srpska referendum would definitely go ahead unless the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina meanwhile reversed its decision or ordered it to be reconsidered.

Vucic reiterated Serbia's official positions presented at last week's meeting, expressing the expectation that Serbia and Republika Srpska would in the future forge closer and more intensive ties....
