Ivanic: No to Kosovo's independence, no to RS referendum

BERLIN - The Serb member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Presidency, Mladen Ivanic, has told Deutsche Welle in an interview that BiH would not recognise Kosovo as long as he was a Presidency member and that he would not support a referendum on independence of Republika Srpska (RS).

"My political position is that the way Kosovo has gained independence is fully outside of international norms. As long as I am here, Kosovo will definitely not be recognised. If a Serb politician appears who believes it should be done, I fully respect that," Ivanic said.
