Li: Serbia China's first comprehensive partner in CEE

BELGRADE - Serbia is China's first comprehensive partner in Central and Eastern Europe and a significant partner in building the Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese Ambassador to Serbia Li Manchang said in the wake of the 16+1 summit in Budapest.

In an interview with Tanjug, Li recalled Chinese President Xi Jinping had launched the initiative in 2013 and that, over the past four years, it had gradually been transformed from an idea into actions and from a vision into reality.
