FM addresses OSCE ministerial conference
BASEL -- A two-day ministerial conference of the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe opened in Basel, Switzerland on Thursday with a debate on Ukraine.
OSCE Chairman and Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter said at the opening ceremony that this was not "a normal year" for the OSCE due to the Ukrainian crisis....
