EP to debate draft resolution on Serbia on Tuesday

BRUSSELS - A draft resolution on Serbia that is expected to be passed by the European Parliament in Strasbourg this week notes the progress the country has made in economic reforms, regional cooperation and EU membership talks.

The draft - prepared by rapporteur David McAllister and approved by the EP Committee on Foreign Affairs - concludes Serbia is on the right track in EU accession.
