Dacic visits Belarus

BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic continues his two-day visit to Belarus on Monday, which was organised to mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Belarus.

The visit to Belarus offers a chance to continue the regular political dialogue on a high level, states the release, adding that special attention will be attached to the situation and perspectives of development of bilateral relations, as well as tangible possibilities for expansion of economic cooperation and contractual and legal grounds.

Apart from this, Dacic will inform the Belarus partners about the priorities of Serbia's forthcoming OSCE chairmanship in 2015.

In addition to a meeting with Belarus Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makey, Dacic should also see Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich and Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Rubinov.

Dacic will also lay a wreath at the Victory Monument in Minsk, states the release.
