WC qualifiers: Croatia and so-called Kosovo both lose

Turkey on Tuesday defeated Croatia 1-0 in a game played within Group I of qualifiers for the football World Cup 2018 in Russia.

Croatia now has only two points more than Iceland, Turkey, and Ukraine, and the complicated situation in the group will be resolved in the remaining two rounds of matches.
