Dacic: A deal is a deal, ROSU cannot go to northern Kosovo

BELGRADE - Kosovo's armed and security forces cannot go to northern Kosovo-Metohija, says Serbian FM Ivica Dacic, adding that the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is continuing.

The question whether verbal agreements are valid is "insane", Dacic told a press conference when asked what verbal agreement had been reached on engagement of Kosovo's ROSU special police forces, and what weight verbal agreements carried in international law in general.
