Mihajlovic to take part in CEI summit in Vienna

VIENNA - A summit of the Central European Initiative (CEI), presided by Austria this year, will be held in Vienna on Monday, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Construction, and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic as Serbia's representative.

During the summit, heads of government will adopt a declaration in view of 25 years since the establishment of the organization, and Macedonia will take on the presidency from Austria, reads a release issued by the ministry of transport, construction and infrastructure.

The CEI was founded in 1989 based on the cooperation of four countries: Italy, Austria, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY) and Hungary, and now has 18 members: Austria, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Montenegro.
