U.S. congratulates on success in Belgrade- Pristina dialogue

WASHINGTON - The United States congratulated Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on the success achieved in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, stated the U.S. Department of State .

"We extend our warm congratulations to the prime ministers of Kosovo and of Serbia and to the EU high representative for the success of the high-level dialogue meetings February 9th through 10th, which led to the signing of an agreement on justice arrangements," U.S. Department of State Spokesperson Jen Psaki said at a press briefing.

"This agreement marks an important substantive step forward in the normalization process between Kosovo and Serbia," Psaki said.

She noted that the agreement "also signals the continuing strong commitment of both parties to full implementation of the April 19th, 2013 Brussels Agreement", adding that "the United States will continue to strongly support all the parties in this effort".
