Putin "hopes" nuclear weapons won't have to be used in Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday praised a cruise missiles strike against terrorists in Syria carried out from a submarine.

According to RT, he "expressed hope that these weapons would not have to be armed with nuclear warheads."
