Mogherini. Normalisation possible by end of our mandate

STRASBOURG - The dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is "absolutely essential" for Serbia and Kosovo and in terms of their future relationship, and also for the region and their European perspectives, EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini told a press conference after the adoption of the EU's new enlargement strategy Tuesday.

"They know this, they work well together, we work well with them... I am encouraged by the fact the two presidents have launched a couple months ago a new phase... of moves towards a normalisation of their relationships," Mogherini said.
