Momirovic writes to ministers of trade about Pristina's ban on Serbian goods

BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Internal and External Trade Tomislav Momirovic said on Tuesday he had written to the trade ministers of EU member states, the UK, the US and CEFTA to warn, for a third time in a year, that Pristina's ban on trade in Serbian goods remained in force in Kosovo-Metohija.

Momirovic noted that the criminal policy had recently been expanded to include another form of economic aggression - a ban on the Serbian dinar in the territory.

In a statement, the Ministry of Internal and External Trade said Momirovic had noted that "all the people who tolerate such actions by the Pristina authorities must be aware that they are becoming accomplices in a great crime against the Serbs, an intentional triggering of a humanitarian crisis, because the Serb population in Kosovo-Metohija depends on the basic food products shipped from central Serbia."
