'Montevideo' stars support Novak

Actors Milos Bikovic, Viktor Savic and director Dragan Bjelogrlic of the 'See You Montevideo' movie were supporting Novak Djokovic at the masters in Indian Wells.


After long time, Novak has arrived to the first master of the year without a title. That is why he was especially motivated in California. After huge battle in the semifinal he defeated American John Isner by two sets to one (7:5, 6:7, 6:1) and will play in the final Roger Federer for his 42nd career title and 17th at the tournaments of the 1000 Series.

 

Djokovic was in Belgrade in February and watched the second part of the 'Montevideo'. Now our theatre and film stars returned him a visit at the Indian Wells. Actors Milos Bikovic and Viktor Savic and director Dragan Bjelogrlic are on their short holiday in Los Angeles. So they decided to go to the 'Desert Smash'. Novak provided for them seats in the box of the great stadium that can accomodate 16,000 people.

Perhaps Novak shall join them in LA, perhaps not since both the ATP and the WAT caravans move to Miami immediately where a tournaments of the masters and premier series begin on Wednesday.


- The tournament at Indian Wells is exceptionally important for all tennis players because it is the first one of the 1000 series master in the season. Also winning here means huge self-confidence in Miami. I have come here without a title and that is a big difference in relation to previous seasons. Now I am on the right course to return to my best tennis – Djokovic said. He won the tournament in Indian Wells, twice in 2008 and 2011.
