Norway's team wins Bocuse d'Or 2015

AGERPRES special correspondent Oana Ghita reports: Norway's team has won the gold prize of the prestigious Bocuse d'Or competition that took place on January 27 and 28 during the Sirha salon in Lyon, France.

Norway's team is at its fourth win of the Bocuse d'Or trophy in the competition's history.

The Bocuse d'Or 2015 podium is completed by the teams representing the United States of America and Sweden who have won silver, and bronze, respectively.

The 24 countries that have competed in the 2015 edition of the Bocuse d'Or were, in order of entry: Australia, Iceland, the United Kingdom, France, Guatemala, Argentina, Spain, United States of America, Estonia, Switzerland, Morocco (January 27) and Germany, Finland, Malaysia, Norway, Canada, Japan, Denmark, Sweden, Singapore, Hungary, the Netherlands and South Korea (January 28).

Furthermore, Hungary's team won the prize for best poster, Argentina won the prize for best promotion, the best commis chef title was taken by Finland through Antti Lukkari, the special prize for the fish dish was taken by Japan, while the best poultry dish special prize was taken by Finland.
