"Time has come for direct Kosovo negotiations"

Marko Djuric said on Thursday that he "thinks the time has come for representatives of Belgrade and Pristina to talk directly."

The director of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija was addressing a conference dubbed "Building Serbian-Albanian Relations" held in the southern part of Kosovska Mitrovica.
