Stankovic: Serbia on right track to World Cup qualification

LONDON - Dejan Stankovic, a former captain of the Serbia men's national football team, believes head coach Slavoljub Muslin's men are on the right track to qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

"That is the best proof of the quality of players such as Tadic, Matic, Kolarov, and the rest. I have followed their club careers and I think they deserve that. Serbia are playing like a real team, and that is the only way for them to get to Russia," Stankovic has told Omnisport TV.
