"UNESCO membership ratification would need Serb votes"

"Kosovo cannot become a UNESCO member without the support of Serb MPs in the Kosovo parliament," Radmila Trajkovic has said.

Speaking for the Belgrade-based daily Danas, this former member of the assembly in Pristina explained that her opinion was based on "the Kosovo Constitution and those obligations that Pristina assumed from Martti Ahtisaari's plan."
